We collect information you give us directly and data generated automatically when you use StickVault.
Information you provide
- Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter or download a free guide via any email capture form on the site.
- Purchase information — when you buy a digital product, Stripe processes your payment. We receive a confirmation that the transaction completed but we do not store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or full payment details.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics data — page views, referrer URLs, session identifiers, and browser/device information collected through our in-house analytics system and, when enabled, Google Analytics 4.
- Affiliate click data — when you click an affiliate link, we log the click event (timestamp, destination, page source) to track commission activity and measure content performance.

2. How We Use Your Information
- Email marketing — we send newsletters, new content announcements, and product updates to subscribers who opted in. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

- Email service provider — we use a transactional email platform to deliver newsletters. Subscriber email addresses are stored on that platform's infrastructure in accordance with their privacy terms.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
- Email subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, your email is removed from active lists within 30 days.
- Analytics data — retained for up to 26 months for trend analysis, then aggregated or deleted.
- Purchase records — retained for 7 years as required for tax and accounting compliance.

6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. No system is perfectly secure — if you have concerns about a specific security issue, contact us immediately.
7. Children's Privacy
StickVault is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
